例1 LD5-2表示为5位分配器,第1, 2,3,4,5 出油口油量全部为0.2ml每次。

例2:LD5-53235表示为5位分配器,第1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5出油口油量分别为0.5; 0.3; 0.2 ;0.3;0.5ml每次。

注:其中:7;8;9;10位,为5位和2;3;4;5位组合。6位为3位与3位的组合。

工作原理

工作原理:A:计量活塞动作行程 B :伞形双向阀动作行程见上图,从润滑泵压送的油从主管A注入,并将伞形双向阀B向推开流入,通过通路C压送活塞室到F内。受压力油作用下计量活塞向下动作弹簧G被压缩蓄油,从而进行计量蓄油,当主管A内油压被释放〈即卸压〉,伞形阀B因压力差而动作,同时开启吐出口E,于是活室内计量蓄油通过吐出口E送入油管H而将油输送到润滑点, 信号销I当计量蓄油时突出.而供油给润滑点时缩回,从而确认分配动作完成情况。

The oil is transported to the lubrication point by outlet E to the pipe H, and the signal pin I is prominent when measuring the oil storage. When the oil is supplied to the lubrication point, it is retracted to confirm the completion of the distribution.
